Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
2. In Article 3(2)(a) of the Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(1) for the words “Royal Halifax Infirmary, Free School Lane, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 2YP.” there shall be substituted the words “Halifax General Hospital, Salterhebble, Halifax HX3 OPW and associated hospitals;”.
