The Leader of the House of Commons, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27(2) and (2A) of the Parliamentary and other Pensions Act 1972(1) hereby makes the following Regulations:

(1)

1972 c. 48; section 27(2) was amended, and new subsections (2A) and (5) were inserted, by paragraph 4(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to the Parliamentary and other Pensions Act 1987 (c. 45).
