PART 1
Citation and commencement
1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Registration (No. 2) Rules 1995 and shall come into force for the purposes of rules 5, 6 and 7 on 19th June 1995 and for all other purposes on 11 September 1995.
Interpretation
2. In these Rules:
(a)“the Principal Rules” means the Land Registration Rules 1925(1);
(b)“the Open Register Rules” means the Land Registration (Open Register) Rules 1991(2).
