This Order transfers to the Havering Hospitals National Health Service Trust on 6th June 1995 trust property formerly held by the Barking and Havering Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
