The Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 20(9) and (10) of the Building Societies Act 1986(1), hereby makes the following Rules:

1986 c. 53; new limits were specified for the purposes of section 20(2) and (3) by S.I. 1988/1142.
