Cost of housing management
4. For the purposes of article 3 of the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (England) Order 1988(1) the cost to a relevant authority of carrying out housing management shall include the cost of any work which would, but for this Order, be treated as falling within the defined activity of housing management.
