19. Section 86 (Powers with respect to disposal of wrecks) of the Portsmouth Corporation Act 1959(1) shall have effect as if the references in subsections (1) and (7) of that section to any approach to the Inner and Outer Camber as extended by the quay works included references to any approach to the authorised works.
