The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Rugby Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Rugby National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted the Warwickshire Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Rugby National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 10th February 1994.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Warwickshire Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Rugby National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the North East Warwickshire Health Authority and the Trust on 31st March 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both that Health Authority and the Trust.
2. On 10th February 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Rugby National Health Service Trust on 10th February 1994 trust property formerly held by the Warwickshire Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
