Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Phoenix National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 10th February 1994.

(2) In this Order—

“the Phoenix Trust” means the Phoenix National Health Service Trust;

“the Southmead Trust” means the Southmead Health Services National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property—

(a)

prepared by and agreed upon by the Phoenix Trust and the Southmead Trust on 27th July 1993; and

(b)

signed on behalf of both of those Trusts;

which items represent part of the property transferred to the Southmead Trust by the Southmead Health Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993(1).

2.  On 10th February 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Southmead Trust to the Phoenix Trust.
