Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 7th March 1994 section 58 (status of development plans) and section 61 and Schedule 13 paragraphs 3 and 4 (minor amendments in relation to preparation of structure plans and local plans) of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 which apply to Scotland.
