3. Paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Sunday Trading Act 1994 shall not apply to any large shop situated in that part of the terminal area of the tunnel system located at the portals of the tunnels in the vicinity of Cheriton, Folkestone, that is within the area shown coloured blue on the deposited plan.
