in article 5(3) after the words “product licence granted under Part II of the Act” there shall be inserted the words “or a marketing authorisation to which the Marketing Authorisations for Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulations 1994 apply”; and

in Schedule I, Part I at point 11 after the words “product licences” in column 1 and after the words “licences” in column 2 there shall be inserted the words “or marketing authorisations to which the Marketing Authorisations for Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulations 1994 apply”.
