The Registrar General in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 67(5) of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 1 to the Adoption Act 1976(1) as applied, with modifications, by regulation 2 of and paragraphs 6 and 8(a) of Schedule 1 to the Parental Orders (Human Fertilisation and Embryology) Regulations 1994(2), with the approval of the Secretary of State in accordance with section 67(6) of that Act as applied with modifications by paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 to those Regulations, of powers conferred by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993(3), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
