Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986. It adds Finland to the list of the Contracting States to the European Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions concerning Custody of Children and on the Restoration of Custody of Children, signed at Luxembourg on 20th May 1980 (Cm. 191).
