1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (Commencement No. 14) Order 1994.
2. The provisions of the Act specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in the second column) shall come into force on 22nd November 1994, immediately after the Coming into force of the Merchant Shipping (Sterling Equivalents) (Revocation) Order 1994(1).
