Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (The London Borough of Wandsworth) Order 1993 (“the principal order”) so as to designate the whole of the London borough of Wandsworth (excluding the roads named or described in the Schedule and the part of Richmond Park in the borough) as a special parking area for the purposes of Part II of the Road Traffic Act 1991 with effect from 28th November 1994. The new area subsumes the two special parking areas designated by the principal order.
