In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30(5) of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986(1) the Secretary of State for Education as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Order:
(1)
1986 c. 61; subsection (5) was added to section 30 by section 21(7) of and paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the Education (Schools) Act 1992 (c. 38).
