13.  Section 11 of the marketing scheme is preserved, subject to the modification that–

(a) in subsection (1) the words “the Secretary of” shall be omitted;

(b) in subsection (2) for the words “section 161 of the Companies Act 1948 and section 13 of the Companies Act 1976” there shall be substituted the words “section 389 of the Companies Act 1985”((1)).
