26. Section 36 of the marketing scheme is preserved, subject to the modification that for the words “shall determine.” there shall be substituted the words “think fit in each calendar year starting with 1995.”.

27. Section 37 of the marketing scheme is preserved, subject to the modification that for the word “thirty” there shall be substituted the word “ten”.

Voting at General Meetings
29. Section 39 of the marketing scheme is preserved, subject to the modification that–
(a)in subsection (1) the words “Subject to the provisions of subsection (3) of section 4 of the Scheme” shall be omitted;
(b)in subsection (6), the words “of the County” shall be omitted, before the words “being a registered” there shall be inserted the words “in the District of ... ... ... ...” and for the words “Scheme, 1934” there shall be substituted the words “Board (Residual Functions) Regulations 1994”.
Quorum at General Meetings
30. Section 40 of the marketing scheme is preserved, subject to the modification that for the word “seventeen” there shall be substituted the word “five”.
