The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Medicinal Products: Prescription by Nurses etc. Act 1992(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Medicinal Products: Prescription by Nurses etc. Act 1992 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1994.
2. 3rd October 1994 is the day appointed for the coming into force of sections 1 and 2 of the Medicinal Products: Prescription by Nurses etc. Act 1992.
