This Order transfers to the Pontefract Hospitals National Health Service Trust on 29th September 1994 trust property formerly held by the Wakefield Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, 1W29 Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
