The Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1994 (Commencement) Order 1994

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5(1) of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1994(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1994 (Commencement) Order 1994.

Appointed day

2.  The Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1994 shall come into force on 8th August 1994.
