THE SCHEDULEThe Buckinghamshire County Council (Marsh Drive Great Linford) (Canal Footbridge) Scheme 1993
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (“the Council”) makes this Scheme in exercise of its powers under Section 106 of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers:—
1. The Council is authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Grand Union Canal at Marsh Drive Great Linford in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the County of Buckinghamshire the bridge specified in the Schedule to this Scheme as part of the highway which it is proposing to construct known as Marsh Drive at Great Linford aforesaid.
2. This Scheme may be cited as The Buckinghamshire County Council (Marsh Drive Great Linford) (Canal Footbridge) Scheme 1993.
Given under the Common Seal of the Council this 16th day of December 1993.
