Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State that the full-time equivalent enrolment number of the institution conducted by Writtle Agricultural College Further Education Corporation(1) for courses of higher education exceeds 55 per cent of its total full-time equivalent enrolment number;
Now therefore the Secretary of State for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 122A of the Education Reform Act 1988 (2), hereby makes the following Order:

Incorporated under section 15 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13) by S.I. 1992/2097.
(2)
1988 c. 40; section 122A was inserted by section 74 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.
