Repayment
8. Where the Secretary of State is satisfied that the holder has been under a contract of employment with a local education authority for the whole or a substantial part of the period of training the holder shall on the request of the Secretary of State repay such sum not exceeding the amounts paid by way of bursary (including any allowance) as the Secretary of State may request.
