Citation, commencement and revocation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Accident Reporting and Investigation) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 26th August 1994.
(2) The Merchant Shipping (Accident Investigation) Regulations 1989(1)and the Fishing Vessels (Reporting of Accidents) Regulations 1985(2)are hereby revoked.
