1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection(Non-Refillable Refrigerant Containers) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on2nd March 1994.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall apply to Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
(3) Regulations 4 and 5 shall apply to Great Britain only.
