8.—(1) The Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art Scheme 1975 is hereby revoked.
(2) The Central Institutions (Scotland) Regulations 1988(1) are hereby revoked insofar as they apply to the College and in Schedule 2 to those Regulations paragraph 1 relating to the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art Scheme 1975 is hereby revoked.
