Section 23(2) of the Solicitors Act 197491 (unqualified person not to prepare papers for probate etc.) shall have effect as if the reference to an insurance company authorised under section 3 or 4 of the 1982 Act included a reference to an EC company lawfully carrying on insurance business in the United Kingdom.
