Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a)the provisions of the Act specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order, for the purposes only of giving effect to the provisions of the Act specified in Part II of that Schedule;
(b)the provisions of the Act specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order; and
(c)section 23 of the Act in so far as it relates to the provisions specified in the Schedule to this Order,
is 23rd June 1994.
