The Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1994

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, and shall come into force on 1st July 1994.

Application fees

2.  Regulation 2(2) of the Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1992(1) shall be amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (a), for “£200” substitute “£230”;

(b) in paragraph (b), for “£160” substitute “£185”;
