7. A501 from its junction with Westway (A40(M)) to its junction with Cleveland Street including—
(a)the unnamed service road parallel to Marylebone Road from the west side of the Royal Academy of Music to the east side of Harley House;
(b)the island that contains Great Portland Street station, the west, south and east sides;
(c)Cleveland Street (west side);
and from its junction with Edgware Road (A5) to its junction with Marylebone Road (A501).
