Commencement and transitional provisions
3. In relation to a vehicle that is stationary in a designated parking place in the London borough of Bexley immediately before 4th July 1994, section 66(2) of the 1991 Act shall have effect for so long as it remains in that parking place as if the words “on or after 4th July 1994” were inserted after—
(a)the word “left” in paragraph (a) of section 66(2),
(b)the word “payable” in paragraph (b) of that subsection, and
(c)the word “has” in paragraph (c) of that subsection.
