CHAPTER 73RECTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
Application of this Chapter
73.1. This Chapter applies to an application under section 8 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1985(1) (rectification of defectively expressed documents).
Form of applications
73.2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an application to which this Chapter applies shall be made by petition.
(2) An application to which this Chapter applies may be made in an action by a conclusion ancillary to other conclusions in a summons.
