2. The part of the community of Dinas Powys which is shown hatched in black on the boundary map prepared by the Welsh Office, marked “Map of the Vale of Glamorgan (Barry and Dinas Powys Communities) Order 1994” shall–
(a)be transferred to the community of Barry;
(b)form part of the Cadoc ward of that community;
(c)form part of the Cadoc ward of the borough of Vale of Glamorgan; and
(d)form part of the Cadoc electoral division of the county of South Glamorgan.
