Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
1. This Order specifies the following activities, namely—
(a)the shooting and harvesting in the wild of game; and
(b)the repeated harvesting above ground level at intervals of less than ten years of short rotation coppice,
for the purposes of section 50(2) of the Agriculture Act 1993 (1993 c. 37). 2.“Game” and “short rotation coppice” are defined in article 2(2) of this Order.
