SCHEDULE 2 AMENDMENTS OF REGULATION 4 OF THE PRINCIPAL REGULATIONS COMING INTO FORCE ON 1ST DECEMBER 1994

2.  In regulation 4(4) after the word “propels” there shall be inserted the words “or provides electricity for”.
