Citation and commencement
2. The Wildlife and Countryside (Registration and Ringing of Certain Captive Birds) Regulations 1982(1)shall be amended as follows—
(a)for paragraph (1) of regulation 5 there shall be substituted—
“(1) Every bird to which these regulations apply shall be ringed with a ring obtained from the Secretary of State.”; and
(b)the Schedule shall be omitted.
