Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 24th January 1994.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993((2)).

Amendment of definition of “the trust”

2.  In article 1 of the principal Order in the definition of “the trust” for the words “the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust” there are substituted the words “the Greater Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust”.

Amendment of Article 2 of the principal Order

3.  In article 2 of the principal Order for the words “the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust” there are substituted the words “the Greater Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust”.

Explanatory Note

This Order amends articles 1 and 2 of the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 to change the name of the Trust to “the Greater Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust”.
