Electoral Division 13: Kirkcudbright
Commencing on the southern boundary of Dumfries and Galloway Region and Stewartry District at the eastern boundary of ED 12 (Stewartry West); then generally northward and eastward along the said ED boundary to and generally southward along the western boundary of ED 9 (Stewartry Screel) to the southern boundary of Dumfries and Galloway Region and Stewartry District; then generally westward along the said regional and district boundary to the point of commencement.
