Period of employment of student teachers
5. An approval for the purposes of paragraph 2(2)(a) of Schedule 3 to the 1989 Regulations of a period exceeding two years during which a person may be employed as a student teacher shall have effect as if given for the purposes of paragraph 2(2)(a) of Schedule 2.
