Title and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
Amendment of the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Fees) Regulations 1990
2. For the Schedule to the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Fees) Regulations 1990(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Revocation
3. Regulation 2(4) of the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991(2) and the whole of the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1992(3) are revoked.
