2. The Outer Space Act 1986 (Fees) Regulations 1989(1) shall be amended in the definition of “further education” in regulation 2 by inserting after the words “given in section 41 of the Education Act 1944”, the following words:—
“as read with section 14 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(2)”.
