In exercise of the powers conferred by section 129(1) of the Education Reform Act 1988(1) the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Order:

1988 c. 40; section 129(1) was substituted by section 72 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13).
