Amendment of principal Order
3.—(1) The third and sixth entries respectively in the Schedule to the principal Order (fees payable) relating to section 5 of the Young Persons (Employment) Act 1938(1)and to section 35(1) of the Shops Act 1950(2)are omitted.
(2) For the final entry in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to the principal Order (fees payable) relating to section 160(2) of the Social Security Act 1975) there is substituted the following:–

1938 c. 69. The whole Act was repealed by section 29(4) of, and Schedule 7 to, the Employment Act 1989 (c. 38).

1950 c. 28. This section was repealed by section 29(4) of, and Schedule 7 to, the Employment Act 1989 (c. 38).
