In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraph 18(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973(1), I hereby make the following Rules:

1973 c. 62; paragraph 18(1)(a) was amended by paragraph 6(e) of Schedule 11 and Schedule 16 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (c. 48).
