(This note is not part of the Order)
Under the London–Holyhead Trunk Road (Corwen and Pont Corwen to Pont Melin– Rug Diversions) Order 1939, new roads to be constructed by the Secretary of State at Corwen and between Pont Corwen and Pont Melin–Rug, would supersede lengths of the London–Holyhead Trunk Road as described in Schedule 2 of that Order. The said roads have not yet been constructed, and this Order varies that Order by deleting from it the provisions relating to the new road at Corwen.
