The lengths of highway becoming trunk road are known as the Weldon Bypass, and consist of
(a)the unnumbered principal road from its junction with the existing A43 Stamford Road (south west of Weldon) to, and including, its roundabout junction with the A427, and
(b)the A427 from its junction with that unnumbered principal road to its junction with the A43 Stamford Road (north east of Weldon),
all in the District of Corby in the County of Northamptonshire, a total distance (measured along the route of these two lengths of highway) of 2.8 kilometres.
