These Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) Regulations 1986.
The fee for a copy of “Notices and Proceedings” supplied by a traffic commissioner pursuant to section 5(2)(b) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 is increased from £2.50 to £3.50.
This fee has not been increased since 1986.
