Amendment of the principal Regulations

4.  Regulation 9 (Dimensions and hanging ratio) of the principal Regulations shall be amended as follows—

(a) before paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the words “Without prejudice to Regulation 2—”;

(b) paragraphs (1) and (2) shall become sub-paragraphs (a) and (b).
